Tim Leh boasts an illustrious career spanning over 40 years in corporate real estate and facilities management along with procuring  construction activities, facility services and related capital equipment for new builds and renovations, with a significant tenure at The Hershey Company of approximately 20 years of experience.  Mr. Leh’s experience and practical knowledge has been instrumental in guiding The Hershey Company's strategic direction by effectively optimizing the company's real estate assets and facility management operations. His experience will be instrumental and vital to assisting clients with their strategic goals and objectives. 

In addition to his proficiency in corporate real estate managing the company’s portfolio of properties (leased and owned) as well as acquiring and disposing of real estate, Mr. Leh led a facilities management team of 28 professionals, including facility planners, technology experts, and maintenance personnel. He profitably managed corporate budgets for both capital and operational expenses, ensuring the seamless maintenance and operation of Hershey’s corporate headquarters. In addition, to directing the day-to-day operation, he evaluated and made recommendations to Senior Leadership regarding their space needs and then transforming spaces into fit-for-purpose   

Mr. Leh has had considerable international experience with notable industrial projects in Monterey, Mexico, (650,000 sq. ft.) and Johor, Malaysia (700,000 sq. ft.).  Furthermore, Mr. Leh spearheaded significant domestic office projects, including the remarkable transformation of Hershey's first manufacturing plant, built in 1905, into a state-of-the-art corporate office complex encompassing 550,000 square feet with over 1,000 employees occupying the office. When working on the above projects and others, Mr. Leh has worked extensively with various business partners in their area of expertise, including Engineering, Finance, Human Resources, Corporate Communication and Legal. 

Moreover, Mr. Leh is a licensed real estate agent in Pennsylvania, Arkansas, Georgia, Louisiana, Maryland, Massachusetts, and New York, further exemplifying his comprehensive expertise in the real estate domain.  He is an instructor at Penn State University and teaches certification courses in Supply Management.  The certification program is for adult learners to achieve their Certification Professional in Supply Management (CPSM) designation. 

Mr. Leh holds a B.A. in Management from Moravian University and a master’s in business administration from Lebanon Valley College. He also possesses several prestigious certifications, including CPSM (Certified professional in Supply Management), CPSC (Certified Professional in Supply Chain). Additionally, Mr. Leh is a current member of ISM - Institute of Supply Management, ASCM - Association of Supply Chain Management and IFMA - International Facilities Management Association).
